Studio 1: 2000 sq ft
300 AED hourly rate - AED 250 if it is booked for before 4:00 pm
Studio 2: 1300 sq ft
250 AED hourly rate - AED200 if it is booked for before 4:00 pm
Studio 3: 750 sq ft
200 AED hourly rate - AED150 if it is booked for before 4:00 pm
