Acrobatics is the performance of extraordinary human feats of balance, agility, and motor coordination. In the professional dance world, acrobatics became a necessary part of every dancer’s training, allowing them to stand out in their freestyle as well as effortlessly perform the most complex trick combinations. 

At the Sharmila Dance Center, the class concentrates on the development of flexibility, improvement of strength and increase of power.
