Ballet & Pointe

Classical ballet is a system of dance based on formalized movements and positions of the arms, feet and body designed to make the dancer ,move with the greatest possible agility, control, speed, lightness and grace. It is the foundation for many of the dance styles and should be a part of one’s overall training.

Pointe is for when dancers get more advanced and start to go en pointe. In order to dance the various classical repertoires. This class strengthens the feet and helps the dancer to understand how to distribute their weight while on demi and or full pointe.
